1/2 cup filtered water or almond milk (homemade if possible)
1/2 cup coconut milk (full fat Native Forest brand) or Organic grass-fed milk
1 scoop of Ancient Nutrition Bone Broth Green Powder
1/2 tbsp of organic raw cacao powder
Pinch of sea salt
Dash of organic ground ginger
Dash of organic ground cinnamon
1/2 cup organic blueberries (room temperature)
1/2 cup of blanched organic spinach
Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
