Please feel free to switch out the water for any milk you desire. Same goes with the nuts and fruit.

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 3/4 cup water (add more liquid if to dry)
  • 1 tsp. cacao nibs
  • 1/4 cup almonds
  • 1/4 cup blueberries (or fruit in season that you enjoy)
  • 1/4 tsp bee pollen (if cannot find, use raw honey)
  • 1/4 tsp pumpkin seeds
  • 1 dash cinnamon


  1. Place rolled oats and water into a microwavable bowl. Microwave for 30 seconds then stir (repeat process 3 more times until done)
  2. Place sprinkle with cacao nibs, almonds, blueberries, bee pollen, pumpkins seeds and cinnamon into rolled oats. Enjoy!
