Are you and your partner having challenges starting a family? Feel like you’re the only man unable to conceive with your partner? Not comfortable with talking about it with others because you feel like you're strong enough to handle the situation on your own?
I practice a holistic approach to fertility health and wellness, which means that we'll look at how all areas of your life are connected. Is job or relationship stress causing you to overeat? Is lack of sleep or low energy preventing you from exercising regularly?
We will look at how all parts of your life affect your fertility health as a whole. We will discuss diet, lifestyle and wellness changes that can optimize your fertility health, and create a plan that you can easily integrate into your life. And all of this is done privately and discretely. Don't suffer in silence!
