I trained with the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) where I've learned innovative coaching methods, practical lifestyle management techniques, and over 100 dietary theories – Ayurveda, gluten-free, Paleo, raw, vegan, macrobiotics, and everything in between. My 200-hour training was with Pure Yoga US in 2011, since I have obtained 190 continuing education hours in various topics, including Yoga for Fertility, 95-hour Prenatal certification, Vin & Restorative to name a few. I've completed additional trainings with Integrative Women's Health Institute in their Optimal Fertility Program: Preconception Detoxification and Preparedness Program and currently enrolled in IIN's hormonal training.

My health coach education has equipped me with extensive, cutting-edge knowledge in holistic nutrition, health coaching, and prevention. Drawing on my expertise, I work with my clients to help make lifestyle changes to promote fertility and health-promoting ways that produce real and lasting results for your entire life. You will develop a deeper understanding of food and lifestyle choices that work best for you: improving your energy, balance, health, and happiness. My yoga education will also be integrated as helpful tools to decreasing stress, anxiety, heartache and disappointment that often comes along with this very difficult journey.
After each session together, my goal is for you to leave feeling lighthearted, less stressed, motivated and inspired to get yourself closer to the family you dream about. As someone who is experiencing similar challenges with infertility, we will talk about things beyond food, seeking to bring balance to important elements of your life such as love and relationships as well as career and money. I will personally and carefully guide you to make simple, small changes that transform your life.
